Pick of the day: Adee Phelan Hair Colour Remover now in Boots

by Zoe Burn on April 18, 2012

THE revolutionary Adee Phelan Hair Colour Remover hits the high street today as it launches in Boots stores nationwide.

The new product is an at-home treatment to help restore previously coloured hair back to its natural shade, and has been created by celebrity hair stylist Adee Phelan.

It contains no bleach or ammonia so will not dry or damage the hair, and features pearl extract to condition and strengthen.

“When a person goes into a salon for colour correction it can cost them up to £300 or £400 and by the end the hair can be quite brittle, damaged and feel like straw – but this product does it gently and for under £15,” said Adee.

“Once you colour your hair dark it is normally very difficult to get it back to a beautiful natural colour, but with my hair colour remover it is possible, without stripping, as there is no bleach and no ammonia – and condition-wise, it looks and feels fantastic.

“I recommend that you use Hair Colour Remover every third time you colour your hair to remove colour build up, particularly if you are choosing a different shade or look.”

Adee Phelan Hair Colour Remover has been extensively tested by his team of leading colourists and is available in two versions, one for lighter shades and one for darker tones. It costs £14.95 and will be available in most Boots stores from today.
